12.1 These services should be applied in a
form and their fees paid for at the offices of VIEWPOINT before
April 2,
2007.
12.2 Application Forms and payments after deadlines.
They won’t be accepted in other terms than those explained
here. The additional services won’t be supplied unless
they are already paid by the date mentioned in 12.1
12.3 The fees for additional services shall
be communicated in a Newsletter.
13.
POWER SUPPLY
13.1 Lighting: An additional amount will be
charged (other than the 50 W per square meter per stand that
are allotted at no charge), for connection of electric power
supply of up to a maximum of 100 watts per square meter of the
rented
stand. The exhibition must base his request on simultaneous
use of power.
For technical reasons no requests for electric power can be
considered after the deadline established to that effect, save
for the cases of stands rented after that deadline. No demands
for reimbursement will be attended to, relevant to electric
power paid and not used.
13.2 Charge calculation: the measuring unit
to calculate electric power shall be the kW (equivalent to 1000
watts) and this unit shall be fractionated only in halves kW
(0,5 kW). Likewise the minimum power to be installed per exhibitor
shall be 1 kW.
13.3 Power supply: electrical power shall be
supplied from the boxes placed in each stand island or from
the pavilion
columns. Laying of lines (not connections) up to those boxes
shall be carried out by the exhibitor with copper
conductors of a section not under 2,5 mm.. Single phase demand
shall be allowed solely up to 3 kW.. For power
over this value the line shall be three-phase with balanced
charges.
Exhibitors are forbidden to access to boxes.
ARMINERA 2007 shall be compulsory, in other
words no power shall be supplied without the corresponding protection
conductor and the armoured general switch.
13.4 The following installations are to be
performed and paid for by the exhibitor. Over 1 kW: a box with
fuses with a
capacity equivalent to the power requested. This box shall be
sealed, the exhibitor shall be banned access to it.
For stand lighting: switch and conductors up
to appliances.
For power: conductor from box up to general
switch; general switch; conductors up to each motor's switch;
power-limiting starters for each motor over 10 HP; safety devices
in each motor.
Conductors: must be of an adequate section.
Live and neutral wires covered with rubber or PVC; earth wire
naked. The earth wire must be easily identified from the rest
of conductors Switches: Up to 1/2 kW. conventional, bakelite.
Over 1/2 kW metallic armoured with insulated base, switch, fuse
carrier, of a capacity equivalent to power requested.
Installations: conductors must be insulated,
placed against the edges of panels or on the floor without disrupting
or cutting gutters on panels or floors, and duly protected.
Earth wire is not admitted as phase divider. Under no circumstances
the possible "contact tension" shaII be over 24 volts.
To this effect calibration of protections as well as the section
of corresponding conductors shall be the adequate to produce
interruption of supply in case of any failure. Testing contact
tension, the electrical involvement of all metallic parts and
the correct operation of protections shall fail within the exhibitor's
exclusive responsibility. VIEWPOINT shall not be responsible
for deficiencies in the lighting installations and other electrical
appliances.
Connection: To have access to power supply
the exhibitor must obtain approval for his installation from
the S.C. (Technical Direction).
Disconnection: The exhibitor must disconnect,
daily and at closing time, the following:
2) 380 v general switch.
3) Each 220 v machine, equipment or lighting circuit.
4) 220 volts general switch.
13.5 The Exhibitor assumes full and entire
responsibility for the damages caused by his electrical appliances.
14.
WATER AND DRAINAGE
The connection and drainage of water will not be supplied they
will be charged if required.
The exhibitors who need this service must consult to the S.C.
(Technical Direction) about the feasibility of carrying out
the connection.
It is recommended to the exhibitors that decide to exhibit elements
with water in movement to do it using closed circuits of conduction.
15.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER
Is obligatory, as vigent resolution by Fireman Department of
Federal Police, each stand to get ready one Fire Extinguisher
of 1 kg. minimum in an accessible place and with one's own eyes.
16.
PROHIBITIONS
16.1 It is forbidden to connect higher power
than that applied for, or to carry out connections not approved
by
ARMINERA 2007.
16.2 Using any type of gas or flammable liquid
heaters.
17.
TARIFFS
Prices for additional services (installation and supplies) shall
be communicated to exhibitors through information bulletins.
